Blackening Spice
This peppery blend is a carefully crafted balancing act. Use it to add punch to Chili con Carne, Gumbo, anything that needs a little lagniappe (as Meg would say). It will not change the character of the dish, just ratchet it up a notch. It works great in a shaker at the table as an addition to salt and pepper.

Italian Seasoning
It can be as simple as adding tomatoes and olive oil to a pot with a sprinkling of our Italian Seasoning. Simmer and serve. Some like red wine in their sauce and some don’t, so we don’t add sugar. We leave that choice to you.
